Nasi Goreng is a traditional Malaysian rice dish. Nasi Goreng literally means ‘fried rice’ . This dish is usually cooked using leftover rice that has been in the fridge for one night. The rice is fried with basic ingredients such as salt, seasoning, long beans and eggs.
There are various types of Nasi Goreng you can find in Malaysia and round Asia. This particular photo is Thai style pinapple fried rice.
