Ice Cream Photography

liquid nitrogen ice cream photography

Photographing liquid nitrogen ice cream is not an easy task. If you have not heard of nitrogen ice cream, these ice creams are actually made fresh without any forms of refrigeration. The materials are prepared fresh and mixed with liquid nitrogen which is actually colder than -190 °C. Liquid nitrogen will turn into cold mists when it comes into contact with anything and freezes it along the way.

The process will take less than 10 minutes with the blend of fresh ingredients and liquid nitro. These ice cream are certainly hard to be photographed as the creams are rather sticky and wet compared to conventional ice cream. However it definitely taste better as the texture is quite creamy and it is made fresh over your eyes. If you are an ice cream fans, perhaps you can head to Creme de Fume at Plaza Shah Alam to test the ice cream out.
