Mutabbaq or commonly known as Murtabak or is a type of pancake bread dish is originated from middle east. This dish is also very popular in South East Asian eateries. The crispy outer layer pancake is stuffs with various choices of meat. The meat is minced with combination of chili, onions and sauce. The dish is dipped with curry as gravy before eaten.
